Alejandro Mendez perforemed tremendously well! Last year he placed 11th in the WBC 2010, making a big step this getting into the finals.  He deserves his place as some of the best in the world.  Great job Alejandro!  

 Matt Perger was fundamentally professional.  I love it when competitors share the espresso with the judges.  He took that extra 30+ seconds to instruct them on a two-sip process.  It was absolutely beautiful. He managed to get past the shakes when pouring his cappuccions too.  Great job Matt, go Australia! 

 Miki Suziki of Japan had one of the more interractive routines I've ever seen.  She had cute little menues that instructed the judges, giving them step by step tastings.  She guided them through her simple yet complicated signature drink through the end.  She has such a presence on stage that I could call quite conviction!  Great job Japan!
