You are required to serve 4 espressos, 4 cappuccinos, and 4 signature beverages.  He served that and more with a coffee tasting to start the judges off as they waited for their espressos.  Now that's class :)  

 The day is about to kick off with some of the top baristas of the world.  There is something about barista competitions that I've noticed.. Everyone is so competitive and here to do there best and possibly take home the crown.  But not a lot of people see what happens in the preparation room. Every barista is looking out for one another.  Every barista shares supplies if someone forgot something.  Everyone shows genuine support for one another because they are all here for the same reason; for the love of coffee.  Coffee is something magical like that.  Something so trivial and silly such as coffee to some people, brings other people from around the world together.  It brought me here to share with you some truths that go deeper than just a 1st place honors.  Congradulations baristas!  You are part of the movement...
